PUBLIC NOTICE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Paradise Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal  Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18326 on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of Clio and Ioannis Doukakis, appealing the denial of the Zoning Officer for a change of use/non-conforming use certificate to allow them to obtain a short term rental license for their property located at 641 Red Rock Road, Paradise Township, Property Identification Number 11637504629527.  The property is located in the RR zoning district of the Township and is owned by the applicants, Clio and Ioannis Doukakis.
