Pocono Area Recreation Commission
The Pocono Area Recreation Commission (PARC) consists of two members from Paradise Township and Barrett Township plus one at large member appointed by Barrett and Paradise Townships for a total of five. PARC is responsible for the three parks owned and maintained by the two municipalities: Skywood Park, Seven Pines Park, and Ice Lake Natural Area. See Parks for more information.
