PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WORK SESSION MINUTES
JUNE 17, 2019
5:00 P.M.

A work session of the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors was held at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, PA.

PRESENT:  Gary Konrath, Peter Gonze, Charles Unangst, Tina Transue and Solicitor Prevoznik.

Konrath called the work session to order at 5:06 p.m.

Administrative Secretary Applications/Interviews
Konrath stated that dates and times to hold interviews with the Administrative Secretary candidates would need to be decided. It was discussed that anytime on Tuesday, June 25 and the afternoon of Wednesday, June 26 would be when the Board had availabity. Transue was to set up the interviews.

American Legal and General Code Publishers Quotes for Recodification
The Board discussed the differences in services from American Legal and General Code Publishers for the purposes of recodification. Solicitor Prevoznik explained the pros and cons of each company as set forth in the Proposal for Codification Services received from each company as well as the upfront pricing and yearly fees. Gonze and Konrath stated they will table the discussion until the next meeting at which time Briglia will be in attendance.

Konrath adjourned the work session at 5:25 p.m.
