PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WORK SESSION MINUTES
AUGUST 5, 2019
5:00 P.M.

A work session of the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors was held at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, PA.

PRESENT:  Gary Konrath, Peter Gonze, Reda Briglia, and Solicitor Prevoznik.

Konrath called the work session to order at 5:05 p.m.

2006 and 2009 Property Maintenance Code
The Board reviewed the 2006 and 2009 Property Maintenance Codes.  Solicitor Prevoznik recommended that the 2009 Property Maintenance Code be adopted for Short-Term Rental properties only.  The Board will forward the Property Maintenance Codes to the Paradise Township Planning Commission for review.
 
American Legal Codification Agreement
The Board reviewed the optional services provided in the American Legal Codification Agreement.

Zoning Officer Job Descriptions
Solicitor Prevoznik provided several zoning officer job descriptions for the Board’s review.

Konrath adjourned the work session at 5:55 p.m.
