PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WORK SESSION MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 4, 2019
5:00 P.M.

A work session of the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors was held at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, PA.

PRESENT:  Gary Konrath, Peter Gonze, Reda Briglia, Jason Smith, Charles Unangst, and Solicitor Prevoznik.

Konrath called the work session to order at 5:00 p.m.

Mt. Airy #1, LLC
Jason Smith, Hanover Engineering, was present to review the Greenway Operation and Maintenance Plan – 2018 Annual Monitoring Study.  Jason Smith submitted a matrix that included Lake Operations and Maintenance, Stream Operations and Maintenance, Greenway Operations and Maintenance, and the Annual Report.  Jason Smith reviewed the matrix including items that have been completed and outstanding items.  

American Legal Codification Agreement
The Board reviewed the American Legal Publishing Corporation Ordinance Codification Questionnaire.  Briglia will complete the questionnaire and return to American Legal Publishing.

Konrath adjourned the work session at 5:55 p.m.
