PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MAY 4, 2020
5:30 P.M.

A work session of the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors was held virtually through GoToMeeting (https://global.gotomeeting/join/784955509).

PRESENT:  Gary Konrath, Peter Gonze, Reda Briglia, Tina Transue, Charles Unangst and Solicitor Prevoznik.

Konrath called the work session to order at 5:32 p.m.

Jason Smith, Hanover Engineering was in attendance to discuss his Review Comments letter in regards to Mount Airy Casino & Resort’s 2019 Greenway Monitoring Report. Gonze summarized the highlights from the report. Mr. Smith reiterated the tasks that Mount Airy has completed and the tasks that are still left to accomplish. Solicitor Prevoznik noted that on page 3 there were 4 items listed in the report that Mr. Smith recommends the Township require Mount Airy to adequately meet current regulatory requirements. The Board further discussed the report and what they would like to accomplish at the next meeting with Mount Airy.
