PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MAY 7, 2018
5:00 P.M.

A work session of the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors was held at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, PA.

PRESENT:  Gary Konrath, Peter Gonze, Reda Briglia, Charles Unangst and Solicitor Prevoznik.

Konrath called the work session to order at 5:02 p.m.

Year-to-Date First Quarter and First Quarter Comparison Budget Report
The Board reviewed the budget reports.   Gonze questioned several revenue line items including real estate, table games, and building code official/UCC fees.  Briglia will review the real estate income since it is much lower for the first quarter of 2018 compared to the first quarter of 2017.  The expenses were also reviewed and it was noted that the public works overtime and snow removal line items are high due to the bad winter.

Pa. Department of Revenue – Table and Slot Monies Received
Briglia stated that the first quarter table and slot monies have been received.

Briglia reminded Konrath and Gonze to review the PSATS Award Winning web pages to discuss recommendations on updating the Township’s web page.

Executive Session
The Board went into an executive session to discuss real estate and personnel issues.
 
Adjournment
Konrath adjourned the work session at 5:47 p.m.
