Call to Order
Chairman Brown called the May 12, 2020 Regular Planning Commission meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. The meeting was held via gotomeeting.com due to COVID-19.

Public Comment Statement
Engineer Unangst announced the following Special Note:  To meet the requirements established by the Office of Open records for virtual meetings, this meeting shall be audio and video recorded via GoToMeeting.com from the initial announcement of the meeting till its end with the exception of executive session if any, which shall not be recorded.
Chairman Brown announced the following public comment statement: “Ladies and gentlemen, before the Planning Commission votes on any matter, the Commission will allow for public comment on that particular item. If you wish to be heard at that time, please raise your hand, and you will be recognized.”  (At that time, please state your name for the record.)
Chairman Brown announced that the meeting is being recorded for the limited purpose of preparing the official minutes.

Approval of Meeting Minutes
March 10 meeting minutes tabled till next meeting.

Open Plans

New Submittals for Acceptance
None.

Proposed Ordinances
Chapter 160-12 A(3)(b) Agriculture uses-livestock
The Board of Supervisors reviewed and returned the proposed draft ordinance back to the Planning Commission with feedback. DeWitt and Brown to work together to make some modifications to the draft and have it ready for review at the next Planning Commission meeting.

Wireless Communications Facilities Draft
The Commission has requested further feedback from Cohen Law Group via phone conference along with the Board of Supervisors in regards to the draft ordinance. Questions and comments have been forwarded to the Cohen Law Group to be reviewed ahead of time.  A date and time has not been established yet for this meeting due to COVID-19.

Other Business
Paradise Township resident Joel Schilling was in attendance to further address Exterior Lighting.  Tabled till next meeting.

The Commission would like to set up a joint meeting with the Board of Supervisors to discuss the Planning Commission topics received. The Commission would like to discuss specifics and priorities while addressing the list in order to further proceed.
