Call to Order
Chairman Brown called the March 10, 2020 Regular Planning Commission meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. The meeting was held at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, located at 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, PA.
Public Comment Statement
Chairman Brown announced the following public comment statement: “Ladies and gentlemen, before the Planning Commission votes on any matter, the Commission will allow for public comment on that
particular item. If you wish to be heard at that time, please raise your hand, and you will be recognized.” (At that time, please state your name for the record.)
Chairman Brown announced that the meeting is being recorded for the limited purpose of preparing the official minutes.
Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion: Alker moved seconded by Greco to approve the Feb 11, 2020 minutes.
Motion Carried: 3-0. Garber was not present at time of approval. Merli was not appointed to the Commission till after the Feb 11, 2020 meeting.

New Submittals for Acceptance
None.
Proposed Ordinances
Chapter 160-12 A(3)(b) Agriculture uses-livestock
The Commission reviewed the revised proposed draft changes. DeWitt to make a minor change to the example portion of the paragraph pertaining to Chapter 160-12 A(3)(b) Agricultural uses-livestock.
Motion: Greco moved and seconded by Garber to forward to the Board of Supervisors for adoption.
Motion carried: 5-0.
Wireless Communications Facilities Draft
The Commission further reviewed the draft ordinance. The feedback and questions will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors along with Cohen Law Group in order to be discussed in a joint work session.
Motion: Alker moved and seconded by Merli to forward comments to the Board of Supervisors.
Motion carried: 5-0.
Other Business
Paradise Township resident Joel Schilling was in attendance to further address Exterior Lighting. DeWitt to provide a clean copy of the generic compilation of adjacent townships Exterior Lighting ordinance provided by Chairman Brown at the February meeting. Commission to review and note feedback. Tabled till next meeting.
Paradise Township residents Eric Hockman and Cary Laucius were in attendance with questions regarding the future Short Term Rentals and rezoning districts.

Motion: Greco moved and seconded by Alker to adjourn the meeting at 6:40.
Motion carried: 5-0.
