PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Paradise Township
will conduct public hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley
Road, Cresco, PA 18326, on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 4:00pm to consider the following:

Applicant  Albert   & Gisela  Juergens of  1170  Main  Street, Boylston, MA 015052-1100
seeks multiple variances to the following Ordinance sections:

a.         160.12A.(43.A)(1) and (2):  Lot Clearing within 75' of front yard setback
b.         160-2l.C(2)(b):  Natural features, construction or earth. disturbance within50' of any water course
c.         160-2l.C(3)  and 160-36.B(6):   Variance from stormwater management Ordinance
d.         160-2l.C(5)(e):   Construction or earth disturbance on slopes exceeding 10% within 500 feet of any wetland or vernal pool
e.         160-21.C(7)(b)[3]: Driveway slope length greater than 75'
f.          160.2l.C(7)(c):    50' setback between buildings and structures from all ridge lines
g.         Variance from  the riparian buffer standards, set forth in  Article XIV, Section 160-88 through and including 160-91
h.         Variance from Section  A 5' variance from section 160-90 regarding the Riparian Buffer Overlay District.
i.          A  variance or  interpretation to  Section 160-13-A.F that the  proposed ventilation cupola is exempt from Schedule IV height regulations.
j.          Variance from the RR Zoning District 35' height limitation to construct and install a peaked roof design.

The property is located on Red Rock Road, zoned RR and identified as Monroe County Pin 11637503416562.

Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for these appeals during the hours of 8:30A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Paradise Township Municipal Building on business days.
