PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

SPECIAL MEETING

JUNE 17, 2010

Call to Order

Vice Chair Flood called the June 17, 2010 special meeting of the Board of Supervisors to order at 5:05 p.m. at the Paradise Township Municipal Building.

Roll Call

Officials Present:

Michael Flood – Vice Chair

Reda Briglia – Secretary/Treasurer

John Prevoznik – Solicitor

Pledge of Allegiance

Vice Chair Flood led the Pledge of Allegiance.

RGC Development LP Conditional Use Application Public Hearing

Solicitor Prevoznik reviewed the public hearings to date. Attorney Matergia was present for RGC Development. Attorney Matergia submitted a time waiver and extension for the amendment to the Act 537 Plan and the Conditional Use Application filed by RGC Development. Solicitor Prevoznik stated that the waiver and extension were accepted by the Board at their regular meeting on June 15, 2010. Attorney Matergia requested a continuance to August 3, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. with a 3-hour time limit.

Motion: Briglia moved and seconded by Flood to continue the hearing to August 3 at 6:30 p.m. with at 3-hour time limit.

Motion carried 2-0.

Motion: Briglia moved and seconded by Flood to reconvene the special meeting.

Motion carried 2-0.

Motion: Briglia moved and seconded by Flood to ratify the motion to continue the hearing to August 3 at 6:30 p.m. with at 3-hour time limit.

Motion carried 2-0.

There was no further business or public comment.

Motion: Briglia moved and seconded by Flood to adjourn the special meeting. 8:08 p.m..

Motion carried 2-0.
