PARADISE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

APRIL 5, 2010

Call to Order

Chair Troutman called the April 5, 2010 public hearing of the Board of Supervisors to order at 6:12 p.m. at the Paradise Township Municipal Building.

Roll Call

Officials Present:

Louise Troutman—Chair

Michael Flood – Vice Chair

Reda Briglia—Secretary/Treasurer

John Prevoznik—Solicitor

Pledge of Allegiance

Chair Troutman led the Pledge of Allegiance.

RGC Development LP Conditional Use Application Public Hearing

Solicitor Prevoznik reviewed the public hearings to date.  Attorney Matergia was present for RGC Development.  Attorney Matergia called Jeffrey Clark, Thomas Cordrey, and Anne Wingert as his next witnesses.  Attorney Matergia stated that he had one more witness that was not available for tonight’s public hearing.  (See Panko Transcript as supplement)

Motion:  Briglia moved and seconded by Flood to continue the hearing to May 19 at 7:00 p.m.

Motion carried 3-0.
